IT Disrupters · Session 1

Thinking of exit: what next?

Wednesday, 24 March 2027, 6pm to 8.30pm. Hosted by Next2IT at 6 Marconi Gate, Stafford.

The boardroom at the group's head office in Stafford

Twelve owners around one table at Next2IT’s head office. Pizza and drinks from 6pm, a short talk, and then the floor is open under the Chatham House rule. Nobody is selling anything.

The talk

Most owners think about exit far too late, usually when something forces the question. Neil Shaw, founder of MSP Clarity, opens the series with a candid look at how to think about it early: what a buyer or a successor actually looks at, what to fix now while there is time, what the options are beyond a straight sale, and what “next” can look like for an owner who sells, steps back or stays on.

Expect practical points you can take back to the business, and plenty of time for questions.

Running order

  • 6pm: Doors open. Pizza and drinks.
